The Convening House

Bringing People & Ideas Together

Some problems cannot be solved by one organisation thinking alone.

The Convening House provides infrastructure for bringing founders, sector leaders, partners and institutions together around serious conversations that can become meaningful collaboration.

Its role within Pauline V. Muswere’s wider ecosystem is focused on convening — creating space for people with different experiences, responsibilities and perspectives to come together around consequential questions.

The purpose is not simply to host conversations. It is to create the conditions for ideas to be examined, relationships to develop and potential collaborations to emerge.

Complex social and organisational challenges often sit between sectors rather than inside a single institution. Bringing the right people into the same conversation can therefore become an important part of addressing those challenges.

The Convening House represents this collaborative dimension of Pauline’s wider work.

It connects founders, leaders, thinkers and institutions while keeping the organisations involved distinct and independently responsible.
